Sub : Schedule of second stage written examination on 31.08.2008.

Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar will conduct the common second stage written examination on 31.08.2008 at Bhubaneswar for various categories of Non-technical Matric level posts under Employment Notice No. NTPC/ER/1/2007. These posts are Trains Clerk and Ticket Collector/Enquiry Clerk-cum-Announcer, i.e. Category Nos. 6&7 of the abovementioned Employment Notice. The first stage (preliminary) written examination for the abovementioned posts was held on 03.02.2008 and the results containing Roll Numbers of 243 successful candidates was published in the Employment News/Rozgar Samachar of issue 26th April-2nd May 2008.

All the abovementioned 243 candidates are being sent call letters by Speed Post to appear for the second stage (final) written examination scheduled on 31.08.2008. In case any eligible candidate do not receive the call letter or there is any discrepancy in the call letter regarding name, photograph, signature, community or date of birth, he/she may please report to the office of Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar on 30.08.2008 from 10.00 Hrs. to 17.00 Hrs. alongwith his/her original certificates, lower portion of call letter of the first stage (preliminary) written examination and two copies of recent passport size photographs for issue of duplicate/corrected call letter if found necessary.
